Refund policy

This is a template and not legal advice.

14-day refund

If Prompt Optimizer is not right for you, ask within 14 days of purchase and I will refund you (Message me on Contra). You do not need to give a reason, though feedback is appreciated.

How refunds work

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through the checkout platform. They can take several business days to appear, depending on your bank. Some payment platforms do not return their processing fee, but you are refunded the full price you paid.

Try before you buy

A free demo is available at the demo page so you can try the core rewrite before you decide.

After a refund

Please stop using the downloaded files and delete them. The license ends with the refund.
